Hello Everyone,

 

CTTC trips are always well and liberally infused with some of the great wines of the Iberian Peninsula - always topped with a Portuguese cork. 

In recent years, synthetic stoppers have started working their way down the necks of a few too many bottles.  There are several resons that make this a bad thing, not least the pretext to replant hectares of beautiful cork forest with say, eucalyptus...  Anyone who has joined us on our Castles & Cork Trees trip knows that this would be a crying shame.
